複雑な所にチャンスがある。


Complexity is a broad descriptor for a variety of problems that plague today’s
organizations. 
複雑性という言葉は、今の組織を悩ますいろんな問題を、ひとことで表現している。


Yet complexity also creates opportunity to differentiate an organization by
better navigating and managing it. 
しかし、複雑性はチャンスも同時につくりだしている。嗅覚の鋭い組織はそれによって自分たちを差別化することができる。


The key, of course, is identifying specific ways to better
navigate complexity. 
鍵となるのは、複雑性という海を航海するより良い方法を見つけること。


The tools needed to do this are still few and far between.
このために必要な道具はほとんどないが、無いことは無い。
