学習投資Investment for learning
学習投資。
2013年のキーワードとして、私の頭の中に浮かび上がった言葉。
まずは、会社が、社員のために学習投資をしているか。
つぎに、個人が、自分のために、あるいは、会社のために、あるいは、社会のために学習投資をしているか。
投資というと、お金のことがイメージされるかもしれないが、時間も投資だ。
学習のために、どれだけの「お金」と「時間」を投資するのか？
Learning pays as well as patience pays.
忍耐に価値があるように、心のこもった学習は価値をもたらす。

1998年12月、米国「フォーチュン誌」が、Boom or Bust, 「暴騰か破産か」という常套句をもじって、「インターネットか破産か」という表紙でその時代を描き出していた。
いまから、ちょうど14年前のことです。Just 14 years ago.
そして、インターネットを前提としてビジネスモデルを築いた企業は成長。
それをしなかった企業は、苦境。
これは、誰しもが目にしている現実です。
さて、これからの15年は、どうなるのでしょうか？What will happen in 15 years?
「ソーシャルか破産か」です。 “SOCIAL OR BUST!”
今から取り組んでも、十分、間に合います。
ソーシャルメディアを前提としたビジネスモデルを築きましょう。

Content Curation Primer: コンテンツ・キューレーション入門
新年早々ではあるが、
益々、「情報過多」、
「コンテンツ過多」な時代に突入していることを感じる。
いや、「過多」ではない。
そこに、「キュレーション」というスキルがあれば。
「キュレーション」とは、博物館とか美術館の「限られたスペースに何を置くか」の選択編集。
その選択編集スキルを、上手にまとめている。

これからの仕事に求められる１０のスキルThe 10 key skills for the future of work
これからの仕事に求められる１０のスキル（技能）。
Sense-making. The ability to determine the deeper meaning or significance of what is being expressed その表現の裏にある心理、心裏を感じられる能力。
Social intelligence. The ability to connect to others in a deep and direct way, to sense and stimulate reactions and desired interactions 他人と深くつながる能力。
Novel and adaptive thinking. Proficiency at thinking and coming up with solutions and responses beyond that which is rote or rule-based 日常定型業務を超えた新規適応思考能力。
