Chakra; チャクラ
チベット体操の目的は、チャクラを活性化させること。
私は、チベット体操を始めてから６年がたちます。
この先生は、静岡にお住まいですが、
東京でも定期的に講座を開催してくださいました。
当然のことながら、そこには、チャクラのようなものに興味関心のある人々が集まります。
そこで知った本が、こちら。
映画女優、シャーリーン・マクレーンが、
７つのチャクラを、自分の人生と絡めながら、分かりやすく解説しています。
そして、数日前、自室の本棚から、よばれました。
シャーリーの本は、1989の書きおろし。
この本は、2000。
もう、１０年以上前の本ですが、十分に学べます。
そして、リフレッシュされます。
以上が、私のチャクラに関する学びの報告です。
そして、実質的な学びが始まったばかりであることを感じています。

意思決定の妙味。 その意思決定において自分に勢いが溢れれば正解。 概ね、習慣、伝統、常識を超える。

無理せずに、熟成の時を待つ。
無理からは、活力のある企業風土は生まれない。
Corporate Culture Change is the key factor now.
Organization culture change is the key now.
Community culture change is the key now.
政治の閉塞と、コミュニティーの閉塞は、完全につながっている。 コミュニティーの風土が変われば政治が変わる。
政治が先ではなく、コミュニティーが先だ。 順番を間違ってはいけない。 政治家を雇っているのは、コミュニティー。 この単純な理屈を忘れてはならない。
大事なのは、発想、アイデアだ。
そして、チームワーク。
一人では、とてもじゃないができない。 だから、チームワーク。 それが、コミュニティー。
